Yurt Policy
Check-in
Check-in time is 3pm. During high-season we cannot accommodate early check-ins.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am.
DESIGNATED FLOOD ZONE
The Fernie RV Resort is in a designated flood zone and as such may be subject to evacuation on eight hours notice.

Discounts
- A 15% discount for seniors, first responders, and military veterans and personnel is offered September to June, excluding long weekends and July and August.
- The discount applies to all camping and glamping for nightly rates only.

Yurts require a two-night minimum booking, and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends from May – Sept.

No reservations will be allowed unless at least one adult over 21 years old is staying in the yurt.

Rates are subject to 5% GST, 8% PST, and 3% Accommodation Tax.

A valid credit card must be on file for any bookings.

Rates include four adults maximum and children under 16.

Maximum occupancy is six persons, no more than four of whom may be over 16.
Long Weekends
- Long weekends require a three day booking
- Long weekends priced as High Season include: Victoria Day, Canada Day, BC Day, and Labour Day
Weekly Rates
- Book seven consecutive nights and receive 20% off the booking.
Rates Include
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free showers
- Free electrical service for day rate guests
Rates Do Not Include
- Washer and dryer use in the laundry facility (coin operated)
- Electrical meter charge for seasonal or monthly rates
- Firewood
- Applicable taxes

Parking is limited to one vehicle per yurt.

Additional vehicles are $6/night and must be registered with FRVR. Additional parking is located near the main washroom facility.

Pets are only permitted in the two pet-friendly yurts (Y1 and Y5).

Pets are limited to two per yurt and must be declared when booking.

A one-time $25.00 fee will apply to pet-friendly bookings.
