Forestside Yurts: .

• The five heated Forestside Yurts are seasonal and available to rent from April 1 to November 19. 

• The Yurts offer the adventure of camping without requiring all the camping gear.

• They back against a forested area and offer traditional grass landscaping.

• The Forestside Yurts are six by six metres (20 ft x 20 ft) in size and can comfortably accommodate a family of six or four adults.

• Each yurt is furnished with a queen over queen bunk bed and a twin trundle daybed. The beds all have 20 cm thick memory foam mattresses, a fitted sheet, and two pillows – all you need to bring is your blankets and/or sleeping bags.

• The yurts have an indoor dining table with bench seating to accommodate six people.

• Please note that kitchen facilities are not provided and cooking is not permitted inside the yurts.

• Each yurt is equipped with a microwave.

• Bring your outdoor cooking gear and enjoy the fire ring and picnic table.

• Flush toilets, potable water, and an outdoor dishwashing station are located approximately 25 metres from any yurt.

• Showers and laundry facilities are also available in the main washroom building, located approximately 100 metres from the yurts.

Yurt Policy: .

• Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 11am.

• Smoking and cooking are not permitted inside the yurts.

Rate Details: .

• Yurts require a two-night minimum booking, and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends from May – Sept.

• No reservations will be allowed unless at least one adult over 21 years old is staying in the yurt.

• Rates are subject to 5% GST, 8% PST, and 3% Accommodation Tax.

• A valid credit card must be on file for any bookings.

Adults and Children: .

• Rates include four adults maximum and children under 16.

• Maximum occupancy is six persons, no more than four of whom may be over 16.

Vehicles: .

• Parking is limited to one vehicle per yurt.

• Additional vehicles are $6/night and must be registered with FRVR. Additional parking is located near the main washroom facility.

Pets: .

• Pets are only permitted in the two pet-friendly yurts (Y1 and Y5).

• Pets are limited to two per yurt and must be declared when booking.

• A one-time $25.00 fee will apply to pet-friendly bookings.
