Fernie, BCFernie is a true mountain community, reveling in Mother Nature’s delights. A thriving restaurant and cultural scene also impresses.
We stayed at your resort last week, just overnight, but wanted you to know how impressed we were with what you have done in a short time with the “field” you started with. Your attention to detail is very noticeable, and the quality of the infrastructure etc. is tops. Your toilet/shower/laundry building is a real work of art and made to last. Even the towel racks, hooks etc. are top of the line.
Also, you are very ‘hands-on’ as we could see when you were laying out your garden when we left. Please thank your sister for finding the tick on our dog Sadie, and thank your lovely lady at the desk for going out of her way to locate a vet for us in Cranbrook. That was going the extra mile. As Arnold says “We’ll be back”.
Cheers, Bill & Karen Rossum

This past weekend for three nights we stayed at this marvelous resort. Our positive experience started in the Admin office, where Odin, the friendly Lab greet us and introduced to his two assistants/front office staff. The staff were check us in and orientated us to the site layout. We found the entire RV park well maintained, clean and organized.
We really liked the tilted walls of the central shower/washrooms, nice detail. The RV park setting being circled by mountains, trees and a nearby river is totally relaxing. We took advantage of the river hiking trails on the edge of the park every day making the short hike into town several times to enjoy our lattes at local coffee cafes or browse the many local shops. No big box here. Definitely returning this summer and fall. Bringing Odin a milk bone!
I’m just finishing a 4 day stay at this wonderful new park. Considering the high quality facilities and the attention to detail I feel I definitely got my money’s worth. Another 3 features about this resort; “location, location, location”!
Really nice place, river is really close with a nice walking/bike path. The owners are friendly and helpful. The pull through site is a good size. Nice firepits with a grille. Would recommend this place. Nice and peaceful in the mountains. Will be amazing when it’s all complete and we will be back!
Great little camping spot. Full service hookups, plus they have free showers and bathrooms, and a laundry mat. My kids loved the paths and it’s nice and close to everything in Fernie so you can go exploring. The staff was all very nice and very helpful. We will definitely be back.
This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Great location, walking distance to anywhere in town. Lots of space between sights, clean. I stay here about 3 or 4 weeks. Great staff. I travel 3 to 4 months a year in the USA and Canada. This is my favorite place to stay.
